Spirituality is about discovering who you really are - the only true journey in life. The main purpose of this site is to allow the expression of helpful teachings and pointers that have surrendered themselves freely with the deepening awareness of my own spirituality. These ideas are embodied principally within the free online book know how to flow (finding your spirituality).
You will come to recognise the incredible experience of becoming authentic, and the seemingly miraculous river of wisdom that flows in the pure state of being. Please enjoy our poems and realizations, which, together with the main course, were born out of this field.
